1. General Provisions:

By placing an order, you fully accept the general terms and conditions of sale as well as the obligations related to the Intellectual Property Code.

These terms may be amended by ADE Ltd at any time without notice. The changes will take effect immediately upon their online publication. It is recommended to regularly check the site to stay informed of any updates.

2. Order: 

Once validated online by clicking "Confirm my order and pay", or by mail with a signed order form and payment, any order is irrevocable, except for exceptions specified in the general terms and conditions of sale.

Before placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and understood the general terms and conditions. They also acknowledge their ability to enter into the contract. A summary of the contract terms and sales conditions will be sent to the buyer via an order confirmation email.

4. Retention of Ownership:

Until the products are delivered, they remain the property of ADE, even after payment has been made by the buyer.

5. Price and Payment :

Our prices include taxes and are listed in dollars. You can pay online by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard), by bank check, or by mobile payment in euros, dollars, or Rwandan Francs made payable to ADE, or by bank transfer (request our bank details from our accounting department at accounting.dep@aube-de.fr).

For orders over 1,800 dollars, we require a letter of credit from your bank. Orders paid in full will be delivered after payment has been processed by our accounting department.

Products are delivered to the address you provided when placing your order. We require a contribution towards shipping costs, which varies depending on your location. You may also choose to collect your product for free at ADE's headquarters or from our partners. Please ensure you collect it within 15 days of its availability.

When you receive your order, be sure to check the packaging. If you notice any damage, report it to ADE within 48 hours by filling out the complaint form on our website.

7. Returns:

If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, they have fourteen working days to return it at their own expense. This period starts from the day the buyer receives the product. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all its components (packaging, accessories, manual, etc.), accompanied by the return slip. Items that are incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the buyer will not be accepted or refunded under any circumstances.

8. Procedure and Exceptions:

To withdraw, the buyer must complete and send the complaint form available on this website, in the appropriate section.

A return slip will then be generated and must be completed and attached to the returned product. Returns should be sent to ADE's headquarters.

The buyer is informed that they cannot exercise their right of withdrawal for audio or video recordings, computer software whose packaging has been opened, as well as periodicals and magazines.

No right of withdrawal applies to the sale of digital products, as delivery by electronic means is irreversible by nature.

9. Refund:

If you change your mind and wish to return your order, our customer service team will refund you within 14 days after receiving your returned product.

Please note that shipping and return costs are not refundable. We do not accept any return shipments made with cash on delivery, regardless of the reason.

The refund will be processed via bank transfer within a maximum period of one month after receiving the returned package.

Return shipping costs will be refunded upon presentation of receipts. Products must be returned in their original condition with all their accessories to our company's address.

This contractual guarantee applies in addition to the legal guarantees provided by the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.

10. Warranties:

You benefit from a 15-day contractual warranty against any manufacturing defects in your product. However, this warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or accidents.

In the case of an exchange, we will process it within a maximum period of one month. If a product is not available in stock for an exchange, we will proceed with a refund.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

ADE offers only products authorized for use in classrooms, schools, or at home, regardless of the company that created them.

The books, videos, and software we provide are protected by intellectual property law.

This means that, except as allowed by law, you cannot copy them without our permission or that of the rights holders.

The prices we offer for schools and individuals include limited usage rights. By purchasing our products, you agree to respect these limitations.

Each software product comes with a license that clearly explains how it can be used. For example, if you have a single-computer version, you may only install it on one computer.

Network or school versions can only be used in the specified locations. Sometimes, you may only be able to reproduce these versions a certain number of times.

You may show videos or digital materials only during free sessions organized by a school or at home for family use.

The information we request from you when you place an order is important for processing your order.
